Return Policy

Exchange/Refund/Incorrect Item

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, or if you received an item in error, please UPS the item back to us along with our Return/Exchange form.

Refunds/Exchange turn around time: You should expect to receive your refund/exchange within four weeks of sending back your merchandise, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged Item

If you received a damaged piece of merchandise, please email a picture of the damaged item with our damaged item form to returns@proteak.com and we will send you a replacement.  Included in the replacement package will be a prepaid UPS label for you to ship us back the broken item.

Shipping

We currently only ship to destinations in the United States and Canada. If you are a retailer or business please contact us at 512-847-6024 for shipping options.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Coupon Codes
